PARS Vineyard Scouting Report
At the Peninsular Agricultural Research Station (PARS), grapevine development has reached E-L stage 36 ( “Berries with intermediate sugar values”). All the varieties are colored and mostly full size. It was cold and wet out and there wasn’t any insect activity other than old phylloxera. Bird nets and squawkers are out.
