Free Fungicide Resistance Testing for Wisconsin Grape Growers
Dear Wisconsin grape growers:
Graduate student, Courtney Meeks, is collecting powdery mildew and downy mildew samples for free fungicide resistance testing.
If you are observing powdery mildew and/or downy mildew infections in your vineyard, please reach out for a free sampling kit (which includes instructions and all necessary materials), please contact Courtney via email at cjcameron3@wisc.edu.
Samples can be collected pre- or post-harvest, as long as you have active powdery mildew or downy mildew infections.
This September, Courtney and I will be scheduling some vineyard visits to collect samples of powdery mildew and/or downy mildew. If you’re interested, please email Courtney (cjcameron3@wisc.edu), and we will see if we can arrange a visit with you.
Testing is free and the results will be shared with you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Courtney or Leslie (laholland@wisc.edu).
Thanks, and happy harvesting!
