As the middle of May approaches and our March winds still pounding the region it feels a lot like April yet. The plants are starting to move and turn a little green with the warmer days. All my spring herbicide has been applied and now I am focusing more on the 2 acre genetics bed. The water control structure being rebuilt at the station is coming along great with the hopes of finishing ahead of schedule.
